02 / Competent person service

Every employer needs a competent person.

Under the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999, every employer must appoint one or more competent persons to help them understand and meet their health and safety duties.

A person is regarded as competent where they have sufficient training, experience or knowledge, and other qualities, to assist you properly. Our external service gives you that support without the overhead.
